Richard Arias Jr.
(Director) Richard currently serves on the board of directors for
BCP as President and has been involved with BCP now for just over 4
years. He is so excited to be sharing his first ever full length
play with you and hopes that you will return to BCP to see our
season of fantastic plays! "When I sat down a year ago to write I
couldn't have imagined the feelings I'm feeling right now. I have to
thank so many people for getting me here in my life and in theater.
I have to tell you the truth this bio is just going to be a long
list of "Thank You's", so bare with me. First off, to Mom & Dad, I
am so blessed to have you as my parents and am so thankful for what
you have given me. To Andrew, your love and support never cease to
amaze me! To my nieces Breana and Amelia and my nephew Matthew, I
can't wait to see you all on stage soon (I know you have it in you!)
To my new family - The Gentry's, I love you all. With the Gentry's
and the Arias' how could I ever run out of things to write about? (I
smell a Gathering Nuts sequel in the works) Finally to my cast -
WOW! YOU GUYS WORKED YOUR BUTTS OFF! Thank you for bringing my story
to life with such enthusiasm and reality.

"Gross Indecency" and "Dearly Departed". He also has served as a
prop master and a sound and lighting technician. Shawn enjoys
fishing, crabbing and Bruce Campbell movies. Shawn wants to thank

(Father Andrews) I am a long time Brush Creek actor, director, set
designer, set construction er/ist, etc. I'm going into my 23rd

With "Gathering Nuts" the 1st show of our 2007/2008 season, our
theater continues w/our mission to you, our loyal patrons. That
mission is to bring to you the best theater experience that we can.
I am looking forward to a great run for "Nuts" and I know that you
will enjoy this celebration of family as much as we do. After this
show, I am excited about my next directing effort, "The Lion In
Winter", opening in March, 2008. I hope to see you all then. |
